We have ONE location so we can keep our prices LOW. We’ve seen others with very similar buildings just at a higher price. We have customers from all over Missouri Arkansas and Oklahoma. Don’t want to make a trip out? We offer the exact same buying process over the phone. We can even do a video chat if you’d like to view the building. We try our best to help make the whole process as easy as possible. Our hours and days don’t line up with yours? We’re also available after hours and on our days off as well over the phone. We do offer rent to own with no credit checks. We offer 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72 month term. We also offer 90 days same as cash. Delivery for off lot is 5-10 business days and we can custom order you a building to fit your needs those only take about 15-25 business days to be built and delivered. Free delivery for most places. All buildings come with an amazing warranty as well.

We have many different styles and sizes to choose from, along with endless customization. We offer building’s from 8x10 to a 16x60. We also offer build on site with rent to own. Feel free to come check out our building’s and see what makes ours different from the others.
